📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage tenant relations, including lease renewals, lease terminations, and lease amendments.
• Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify new leasing opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and secure new tenants.
• Coordinate with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including rent rolls, occupancy rates, and lease expirations.
• Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management.
• Attend and participate in industry conferences, seminars, and training programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of property management software, such as Yardi, BuildingIQ, or OnQ.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
