📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain factory facilities, including buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of factory assets.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and emergency response plans.
• Manage and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and document management.
• Support the HR team with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of facility improvement projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
