📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support.
• Set and track sales targets, ensuring that they are met or exceeded.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
• Promote and sell Cimory Group products and services effectively.
• Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
• Ensure that all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or Retail industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and managing key accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with sales management software such as Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
