As a People Experience Executive, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience through various HR initiatives. You'll work closely with the HR team to implement and manage employee engagement programs, conduct surveys, and analyze data to drive improvements. Your daily tasks will include coordinating employee events, managing communication channels, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate People Experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Organize and manage employee events, workshops, and team-building activities.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.
• Manage communication channels, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of HR-related information.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Collaborate with managers and department heads to address employee concerns and feedback.
• Monitor and report on People Experience metrics, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and experience.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating HR initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Certification in HR or employee engagement (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
