📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive patient education and support to ensure they understand their healthcare needs and treatment plans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients to build trust and confidence in the healthcare services provided.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
• Assist in the administration of patient records and medical documentation using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Stay updated with the latest medical guidelines and best practices to provide the best possible care to patients.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
• Promote a positive and supportive environment for both patients and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the coordination of patient referrals and follow-up appointments to ensure continuity of care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Practitioner in a clinical setting.
• Certification in patient education and care management (e.g., Certified Patient Care Coordinator).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare team members.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
