Laboratory Analyst - Bangka Belitung

As a Laboratory Analyst, you will perform a variety of tests and analyses on mineral samples, including but not limited to, XRF (X-ray Fluorescence), XRD (X-ray Diffraction), and ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry). Your daily tasks will involve sample preparation, instrument calibration, data analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with our geologists and mining engineers to ensure that our analytical data meets the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform mineral and chemical analyses using advanced laboratory equipment such as XRF, XRD, and ICP-MS.
• Prepare and analyze mineral samples following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance.
• Generate and interpret analytical reports, providing clear and concise recommendations to support mining operations.
• Collaborate with geologists and mining engineers to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical data.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes to maintain high standards of laboratory performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices in mineral analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in mineral analysis.
• Certification in mineral analysis or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment such as XRF, XRD, and ICP-MS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to mineral analysis.
