📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits of retail stores to prevent losses and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with store managers and staff to identify areas for improvement and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and sales data to detect any irregularities or discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain detailed audit reports and recommendations for store managers.
• Collaborate with the loss prevention team to investigate and resolve any incidents of theft or fraud.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail compliance and operational excellence.
• Provide training and support to store staff on loss prevention measures and procedures.
• Ensure that all stores adhere to health and safety regulations and company guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail loss prevention, audit, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and loss prevention techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store managers and staff.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with retail compliance regulations and standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various store locations across Bali.
