As a Live-In Host, you'll be the face of our brand, welcoming guests with warmth and hospitality, and ensuring their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.

In this role, you'll live on-site at one of our luxurious villas or homestays, where you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and housekeeping. You'll also be the primary point of contact for guests, providing them with personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a warm and personalized experience.
• Oversee daily housekeeping and maintenance tasks to ensure the property is always in top condition.
• Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide guests with personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities.
• Assist with guest requests and concerns, ensuring their stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and property performance.
• Promote Maken Living's brand and values through exceptional guest service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a live-in host or similar role.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations effectively.
• Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and activities in Yogyakarta is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about travel and hospitality, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
• Willingness to live on-site at one of our properties.
