📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing and maintaining our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
• Support the marketing team in creating and executing marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp and Google Ads.
• Help analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
• Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, including emails, social media posts, and promotional content.
• Support the development and implementation of customer segmentation strategies.
• Assist in coordinating with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
• Help maintain and update our customer database, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and strategies.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and marketing principles.
