Agung Zahra Health Center is looking for a dedicated Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.,Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Provide information about menu items and specials.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate billing.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.,Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
