📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor and manage network security to protect against cyber threats.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Respond to and resolve IT-related service requests and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT security best practices and tools.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
