📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain financial plans and forecasts for the company, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections.,Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.,Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for reporting and analysis.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the company's financial goals and objectives.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.,Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to various departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on FP&A.,Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.,Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.
