ZAP Berjaya is looking for a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlet in Serang. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the outlet from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with the team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the outlet and increase sales.,Conduct regular performance reviews with the sales team to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement new initiatives and improve overall performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail operations and sales strategies.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
