📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the head office to ensure consistency in brand and product offerings.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Experience with inventory management and POS systems.,Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
