📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Monitoring patient progress and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare provider.
  • Assisting with the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit.
  • Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs to stay up-to-date with best practices in nursing.
  • Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Active nursing license in Indonesia.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
