📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement policies and programs to empower youth and elevate sports excellence in Bangka Belitung.
• Coordinate with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of youth and sports initiatives.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of sports infrastructure, including stadiums, arenas, and training facilities.
• Promote sports participation and support the growth of local sports talent through training programs and competitions.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of youth and sports programs to ensure they meet their objectives and deliver positive outcomes.
• Represent the Provincial Government of Bangka Belitung at national and international forums to advocate for youth and sports initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Youth and Sports Department.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in youth and sports governance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in youth and sports development, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success in driving strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with national and international youth and sports policies, standards, and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of attention to detail.
