📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the team in achieving targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (optional for recent graduates).
  • Strong understanding of operational management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with agricultural practices and industry standards.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
