📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret technical documents, manuals, and meeting minutes between Japanese and Indonesian.
• Facilitate meetings and conferences between Japanese and Indonesian teams, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Provide cultural insights and context to enhance communication effectiveness.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in translation and interpretation.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite and specialized translation software to streamline workflows.
• Assist in the localization of products and marketing materials for the Indonesian market.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• JLPT N2 certification or equivalent proficiency in Japanese.
• Bachelor's degree in Japanese Studies, Translation, Interpretation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Japanese-English or Japanese-Indonesian translation and interpretation.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian culture and business practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and Indonesian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized translation software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
