📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement HSE programs and policies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.
  • Investigate and report on accidents and incidents to prevent their recurrence.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure the effective implementation of HSE initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HSE.
  • Promote a strong safety culture within the organization.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
  • Certification in OHSA 18001 or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
  • Proven track record of success in HSE management.
