📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire fit-out process, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and vendors to develop and implement creative and functional mall interiors.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all aspects of the fit-out process are on track.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time and in the required quantities.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that the final product meets our high standards.
• Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure that the mall interiors align with our brand and customer experience goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in interior design and fit-out processes.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design or fit-out projects, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of interior design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
