📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.,Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the property sector.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Lubuklinggau market and local regulations.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
