Nityo Infotech is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Manager to join our manufacturing plant in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the civil infrastructure and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil infrastructure within the manufacturing plant.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Manage a team of civil engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that civil infrastructure projects align with overall business goals.,Conduct regular site inspections to assess the condition of civil infrastructure and identify any potential issues.,Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and visitors to the manufacturing plant.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in civil engineering, and implement any necessary improvements to existing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on manufacturing plant infrastructure.,Proven track record of managing complex civil infrastructure projects on time and within budget.,Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as those set forth by the Indonesian government.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.,Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
