📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software to support the clinic's operations.,Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor network performance and ensure data security and backup procedures are in place.,Manage user accounts and access permissions to ensure data security and compliance.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software as needed.,Conduct regular system audits and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the clinic's IT infrastructure meets the needs of the business.,Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking concepts.,Experience with IT support and troubleshooting.,Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and software is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
