Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective training solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.,Create and maintain training materials and resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
