📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Generate and qualify sales leads to increase our sales pipeline.,Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Collaborate with the sales team to support and achieve team goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of sales techniques and processes.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
