📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the cafe and restaurant.
• Manage and train staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in regular team meetings and staff development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
• Proven track record of managing teams and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification in hospitality operations or equivalent experience.
