📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and performance of the team.,Ensure that all staff are trained, motivated, and working to the highest standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.,Resolve conflicts and issues within the team in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and any challenges.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.,Lead and mentor junior supervisors to develop their skills and capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality or service industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve operational excellence.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
