📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Identify learning needs through assessments, feedback, and performance data.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of learning and development professionals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
