Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain accurate sales and inventory records,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly,Assist in stock management and ensure proper inventory levels,Follow company policies and procedures,Work in a team environment and support colleagues as needed,Assist in training new employees,Participate in company events and promotions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
