📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and related equipment.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to end-users on new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT processes, procedures, and systems for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Knowledge of IT security best practices and standards.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
