📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.,Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and ensure that procurement activities support business objectives.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
