📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.,Assist in the preparation of HR metrics and reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a human resources department.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent administrative and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
