📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of bakers to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Develop and implement baking recipes and processes to meet customer demands and company goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Manage inventory and procurement of baking ingredients and supplies.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of baked goods.
• Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues to maintain product excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of baked goods into the overall product offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of the baking department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the baking industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a baking team and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene, such as HACCP or equivalent.
• Familiarity with using baking software and tools, such as ERP systems or inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
