📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Stock and organize products to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences, upselling where appropriate.
• Handle cash and credit transactions securely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Promote our brand and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
• Report any issues or concerns to the store manager or supervisor promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic retail software and POS systems.
• Basic knowledge of beauty products and skincare is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift products up to 10 kg.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
