📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high standards of service.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to restaurant operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and scheduling.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
